TERMS OF CONSENT TO PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA FOR MARKETING PURPOSES (MARKETING CONSENT)

The following are the terms and conditions under which we ask for your consent to the processing of your personal data for marketing purposes:

Who will be entitled to process personal data on the basis of the consent for marketing purposes: Based on your consent for marketing purposes, personal data may be processed by PARIS s.r.o., with its registered office at Národní 416/37, Staré Město, 110 00 Praha 1, Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, File No. C 9792, Company ID No.: 45278032 (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”).

What data will be processed based on your consent for marketing purposes: Based on your consent for marketing purposes, the Controller may process personal and other data concerning you or your company (hereinafter referred to as “data”): name, surname, company name, contact details, e-mail address. This data is collected at various time and in various ways in which the Controller comes into contact with you or your company in relation with its activities during personal conversations, by phone, by e-mail, through interactive online forms and by letter.

For what purpose will data be processed based on your consent for marketing purposes: Based on your consent for marketing purposes, the Controller may process data for the purposes of offering products and services by the Controller or by cooperating third parties, or also through electronic channels, in addition for the purpose of marketing processing, analysis and profiling, with an aim of tailoring the order to your needs or your company’s needs and thus increasing the quality of services and products.

What is the term of the consent for marketing purposes: The data will be processed from the moment of giving the consent for marketing purposes (I) for a fixed period of time, namely for 5 years, or (II) until the consent is cancelled.

Your rights arising from your consent: The consent to the processing of personal data is given on a voluntary basis and you are entitled to cancel it at any time. You can cancel your consent free of charge in writing by a letter sent to the Controller or by e-mail sent to rezervace@palaceapartments.cz. The refusal to give consent or the cancellation of consent have no impact on the performance of the respective contractual relationship. You are entitled to require access to your processed data at any time, to have it updated, modified, corrected, erased or transferred. You are also entitled to request a restriction of processing and raise an objection to processing. If you wish to do so, send your request to the Controller at rezervace@palaceapartments.cz. In order to protect your privacy, the Controller shall adopt all necessary measures to check your identity prior to providing you with access to or correcting your data. If you believe that the Controller processes or might be processing your data contrarily to the privacy rules, or contrarily to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), you are entitled to require explanation and/or remedy of the situation from the Controller. Regardless of this fact, you, as a natural person, are entitled to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection and require that they adopt measures to remedy any violation of the Controller’s obligations.
